What is Calibr?

Calibr is an AI resume optimizer that researches your specific target company, like Google, McKinsey, or a Series A startup, and rewrites your resume bullets to match what that company actually looks for in candidates.

How is Calibr different from other AI resume tools?

Most AI resume tools do generic keyword matching or template-based rewrites. Calibr researches your specific target company in real time, its values, hiring language, and what gets resumes rejected there, then tailors your resume to match that company's specific culture and priorities. Where candidates have contributed verified interview outcomes, those patterns sharpen the rewrite further.

Does Calibr invent numbers or make things up?

Never. Your metrics, titles, and facts stay exactly as you wrote them. Calibr only changes the framing and language, the same way a great career coach would. If there's nothing to quantify, the bullet ends at the action.

What is the difference between Calibrated and Ambitious?

Calibrated stays close to your original scope and rewrites it in the company's language, so it is ready to submit as is. Ambitious pushes each bullet to its strongest defensible framing, giving you more reach, so review each line before sending. Either way, Calibr never changes your facts, numbers, titles, or dates, only how the work is framed.

How is this different from pasting my resume into ChatGPT?

ChatGPT doesn't know how Goldman evaluates IB analysts vs. how Google evaluates SWEs. Calibr researches each company's actual hiring signals first, their language, values, what gets callbacks, then writes to that. Where candidates have shared their outcomes, it also benchmarks against real bullets from people who got offers.

Is Calibr free?

Yes. You get 5 free calibrations to try, no signup and no credit card needed. After that, a free account includes 2 calibrations every week. For unlimited during crunch time, the Season Pass covers a full recruiting season (90 days) for a one-time $19 during the recruiting-season sale, regularly $29, or you can go monthly at $9/mo.

What are credits and do they expire?

Each calibration (one company, your full resume) uses one credit. You start with 5 free to try, and free accounts get 2 more every week. Purchased credits never expire. For unlimited, the Season Pass covers a full recruiting season, or subscribe monthly at $9/mo.

What companies does Calibr support?

Calibr supports thousands of companies across tech, consulting, finance, and more, including Google, Meta, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, startups, and any company you can name. Coverage improves continuously as candidates contribute their interview outcomes.

What file formats do you support?

PDF and DOCX on upload. You can export your calibrated bullets as a DOCX or as the full updated resume.

Is my resume stored or shared?

Your resume is used only to run your calibration. It's never shared, sold, or used to train models. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.

How do I earn free credits?

Submit resume bullets that got you an interview at a top company. We verify the outcome and release 5 credits once confirmed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
